Natural State Namaste offers wellness services to clients in Central Arkansas. From massages to yoga and Integrative health services, the team at Natural State Namaste is ready to help you achieve your wellness goals. Our instructors and coaches are trained and certified in specific areas of wellness. We offer in-person classes and consultations with an option of virtual visits.

Meet the Owner, Robyn Henderson

Robyn Henderson is an Integrative Health Practitioner, registered and insured Yoga Teacher, and the Founder and Owner of Natural State Namaste located in central Arkansas.

Robyn experienced her first yoga class in 2008. She discovered that her yoga practice not only provided desired health benefits, but was the saving grace she needed to manage her anxiety and digestive issues. Robyn graduated from Balance Yoga & Wellness School of Hot Springs, Arkansas, with her 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification in 2018. She became a yoga teacher to deepen her practice and to share her love of yoga with others. Robyn has taught in fitness and wellness center settings around Saline County since 2018. She is also the organizer of Salt County Yoga Community Park Series in all the local Benton and Bryant Parks. As her love for a more holistic lifestyle grew, Robyn continued her studies with the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute earning her certificates in Level 1, Level 2, and Mastery IHP in 2021. Robyn also has 10 years experience in Social Work, serving in both clinical and school settings.

Robyn specializes in several aspects of yoga including: foundations of yoga, yin, and restorative practices, pre-natal yoga, and children's yoga. She also provides integrative health consulting and Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance. Robyn's goal is to provide a safe place for her clients to move forward personally and professionally with purpose and clarity.

Meet The Wellness Team

Courtney Worthen
500 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor

Courtney has been an elementary teacher for over 20 years. Several years ago, she needed something to help manage stress and wanted to be active without being in a gym. Yoga was a perfect fit. Wanting to expand her yoga knowledge and share with fellow educators and young students, Courtney became a Registered Yoga Teacher in January 2019. Her favorite part of teaching yoga is when she sees the relaxation on everyone's faces during savasana, knowing that they've escaped this crazy world for an hour and took time for themselves. Courtney is also certified in children's yoga through YogaRenew and Cosmic Kids as well as Mental Health First Aid.

Emily Dunn
Licensed Massage Therapist

Emily Dunn is a Licensed Massage Therapist and an avid believer of treating pain and injury the natural way. After 15 years of working in EMS (Emergency Medical Service) Emily decided to pursue Massage Therapy. In 2017 she graduated from the Body Wellness School of Massage in Benton, AR and for 6 years she has worked in the field. Emily specializes in Ashiatsu Massage, Myoskeletal Alignment, Deep Tissue/Injury Therapy and many more.Throughout her career she has prided herself in expanding her knowledge of the body and how it works to give her clients the best possible
treatment, helping them strive towards a healthier pain free life.

Darian Blair
Licensed Esthetician

Darian Blair has been a licensed esthetician since 2019. Esthetics is her passion and she is thrilled to bring her services to Saline County.

She grew up in Hot Springs and attended Arkansas Tech University where she received a Bachelors Degree in Education. After 7 years in education, she made a career switch to esthetics and has been working in Little Rock the past four years. She currently resides in Benton with her husband and and two sons.

Darian specializes in custom facial treatments, chemical peels and brow + lash treatments. Darian’s top priority is giving each and every client a luxurious experience from start to finish. Along with facial treatments, Darian helps clients build a customized skincare regimen to support any skin concerns. Darian believes everyone should have access to the best care possible.
